PROTECTING YOUR SPIRITUAL GARMENT FROM DEFILEMENT.

One may accumulate all material possessions that the world can offer yet still experience a sense of emptiness within. Similarly, acquiring luxurious designer clothing does not guarantee fulfillment.

Jesus said, “You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth, But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful poor and naked” (Revelation 3:17).

The objective of Satan and his evil forces is to defile your spiritual garment through sinful acts such as sexual sins, idolatry, rebellion, and any other sinful acts that go against the Word of God.

Look what the Bible says in Zechariah 3:1-4 KJV

“And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel. And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him. And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with change of raiment”.

Satan had access to Joshua the high priest; he stood beside him ready to resist him because he was clothed with filthy garments as a result of iniquity or sin. Sin will always defile your spiritual garment, which attracts satanic forces to enter your life and resist you from progressing and fulfilling your divine assignment.

May the Lord increase His anointing in your life for the battle ahead. May you never be found naked on the day you meet the Lord in eternity. May you never be found naked before His throne in Jesus name.
