Let's Pray
"Let’s Pray" is a spiritual platform dedicated to uplifting the Lord Jesus Christ and engaging in prayer on behalf of His people. In Ezekiel 22:30, God stated, “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it, but I found none.”Intercessory prayer involves standing in the "gap" and praying on behalf of others. Jesus interceded for all believers in John 17:20-26. Similarly, Abraham interceded for King Abimelech's healing (Genesis 20:17), and Moses interceded for the Israelites, asking God not to destroy them (Exodus 32:11). Moses also interceded for his sister Miriam's healing from leprosy (Numbers 12:13). Daniel interceded on behalf of Israel, capturing God’s attention (Daniel 9:1-19).One of the most profound forms of prayer is praying on behalf of others rather than oneself. Even on the cross, Jesus prayed not for Himself, but for those who crucified Him (Luke 23:34). Now more than ever, it is crucial to intercede for the body of Christ globally, given the challenging world we live in.Challenges include a lack of economic opportunities and employment, concerns about safety, security, and the well-being of family members, the spread of poverty, religious conflicts among churches, disunity and conflict within the body of Christ, as well as inequality, discrimination, and racism in communities. As Jesus said, “In this world you will have trouble” (John 16:33), hence the biblical instruction for all to pray and not give up (Luke 18:1).Pastor Andrew has been called by God to intercede for the body of Christ in this generation. He is commissioned to stand in the gap and intercede for the body of Christ universally, the nations of the world, and global leaders, placing a demand on heaven through prayer and fasting.
