“Then Jehoahaz prayed to God and the LORD heard his prayer, for he could see how the king of Aram was oppressing Israel” 2 KINGS 13:4.
To oppress means: To maltreat someone or to abuse them.
The book of Exodus 1:12, tells a story of how the children of Israel, God’s people were oppressed by their task masters. At the latter end, God delivered them and recompensed them by giving them gold, silver and fine fabrics from their oppressors (Exodus 12:35-36).
Today, through prayer, we connect with heaven on your behalf.
May God release you from the hands of your oppressors and repay you for what you’ve lost.
